Why Choose the SolarCleano F1?

The F1 is an all-in-one universal solution in the SolarCleano range — a compact, mobile robot designed for regular panel cleaning on office, warehouse, and industrial rooftops. It moves at speeds of up to 40 metres per minute and cleans up to 1,200 m² of installation area per hour. One operator using one robot can clean an installation with a capacity of approximately 2 MW within a single working day.

Quality and Safety Confirmed by Testing

Every F1 unit undergoes an electroluminescence test confirming the absence of microcracks in the cells after cleaning — an important safeguard for the investor, as the robot does not create an additional risk of damaging the panels during operation.

The robot connects to a standard garden hose with a diameter of 13–15 mm, while valves allow water consumption to be controlled during wet cleaning. Additional protection is provided by limit switches that prevent the robot from falling off the edge of the installation. Power is supplied by lithium-ion batteries with a central electrical control box, providing approximately 2 hours of autonomous operation on a single charge.

Brush Configuration

The 1.2 m-long helical brushes combine two types of bristles — harder, coloured bristles and soft, black bristles — selected according to the type and degree of dirt on the installation:

Blue (soft) — for dry cleaning.
Yellow (standard) — for light dirt during wet cleaning.
Green (hard) — for normal and heavier dirt during wet cleaning.
Red (very hard) — for heavy and very heavy dirt during wet cleaning.

Modular, Mobile Design

The robot separates into 4 parts, making transportation and handling easier — it can be carried and operated by one person. Assembly and disassembly of the F1 takes approximately 3 minutes, allowing the service team to efficiently move the robot between successive sites during the working day.
